CKC Laboratories, Inc. Terms of Use

For additional clarity, we list below the terms that require your active compliance on websites for CKC Laboratories, Inc., herein know as CKC. Violation of any of these terms may result in the closing of your account on our site and the termination of your right to use the CKC Laboratories, Inc. website services.

General Terms

1.	You must be at least 18 years old, or older, to use this site.
2.	CKC is intended for professional or corporate use and is not a generic file hosting service. Personal use of CKC are prohibited.
3.	The CKC service is provided "as is". While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the service will function as claimed, CKC does not guarantee that the service will be free of bugs, security breaches, virus attacks and the like, or that it will always be available. The service will occasionally be unavailable for routine maintenance, upgrading, or other reasons. You are responsible for keeping backups of any content uploaded to your CKC folders. In addition, you agree that CKC will not be held responsible for any consequences to its users that may result from technical problems of the Internet, slow connections, traffic congestion or overload of our or other servers, etc.
4.	CKC is not responsible for any loss of or damage to any content that you upload to the CKC.com service. Again, you are responsible for keeping backups of all your content.
5.	CKC does not guarantee the accuracy of any information uploaded to the CKC service, and is not responsible for any damage that may result to anyone using such information.
6.	CKC does not warrant, endorse or guarantee any content, product, or service that appears in its users' content.
7.	Unauthorized use of the CKC service, or the attempt to resale of said service without our prior written consent, is expressly prohibited. You shall not copy, sell, transfer, distribute, publish, assign, or release your login credentials to anyone without prior written approval from CKC.
8.	While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the service is as secure at possible we can not guarantee %100 percent secure. However we will make every attempt to keep it secure and up-to-date and to address all customer concerns and reported bugs promptly.

Code of Conduct

1.	You are legally responsible for your conduct while using the CKC service, and for any data, text, information, user names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links and files (“content”) that you submit, post, or display on the CKC service.
2.	You must not abuse, harass, threaten, libel, impersonate or intimidate other users, or upload any content that does so.
3.	You may not upload pornographic material or hate material to the CKC site.
4.	You may not use the CKC service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in a way that violates any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
5.	You must not modify, adapt or hack CKC or create, adapt or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it has any connection with CKC.com.
6.	You must not upload to the CKC service any file containing any malicious computer code, such as viruses, worms or bugs, or any file that is designed to perform functions on any equipment, when downloaded, without the owner's express consent. By using our service you agree and are responsible that all files you upload are virus and/or destructive free.
7.	The CKC service has certain limitations (which may change from time to time), for instance: permissible file sizes, limit on use of upload and download bandwidth, and file types that may be uploaded. We strive to keep these limitations to the minimum that is compatible with giving our customers an ease of use experience.
8.	Failure to comply with these Rules of Conduct may result in deletion of the offending content without prior notification, and/or termination of your use of the CKC service.

Security

1.	You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
2.	You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your user name.
3.	You understand and agree that CKC cannot be responsible for the content posted on its web site, so that, even though CKC prohibits certain conduct and content on its site, you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials, and that you use the CKC service at your own risk.
4.	Your logon credentials (i.e. password) is yours alone and can not be shared. If more then one person at a single company or organization is required to login each person must have there own login credentials.

1.	You must either own or have a license to use any copyrighted material that you upload or post to the CKC service. You must have written permission to use the name or picture of any person mentioned in the content you put on the CKC site.
2.	You retain ownership of all rights in the content that you upload to the CKC site. However, you grant CKC permission to use the content uploaded as needed in providing services to you.
3.	If CKC is notified that content you have uploaded contains copyrighted material that has been illegally copied, we will notify you of this and give you the chance to prove that you are the legal copyright owner of the material. If you cannot or choose not to do so, we will remove or block access to such content. If you continue to upload material that infringes copyright laws, we have the right to terminate your use of the CKC service.
4.	In addition, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to delete any uploaded material that in our opinion contravenes copyright or other laws. Repeated misuse will result in termination of your use of the CKC service.
